9.30.2006 VAALA Tết Trung Thu Children's Art Festival 2006 : Cuộc Thi Vẽ Thiếu Nhi Trung Thu 2006 tại Người Việt, Garden Grove. Performances included Kevin and John Phan performing magic and Adam Ho singing. The day started at 11am with kids flowing into Người Việt and drawing/painting their pictures. I overslept in the morning so I missed this portion of the event, but made it later in the evening for the Awards Ceremony. Aside from the amazing pictures that the kids painted, I got to see Adam Ho live for the first time so took extra pictures (albeit all similarly posed) of his energetic expressions. There was also lion dancing, children singing, martial arts, a duo magic show, and a big bear.
